The replacement wire worked perfectly and was easy to install and not expensive. Customer service was great and they supplied me with a Youtube video like to install it. The AMG 500 cart is built like a tank and I love it. It adjusts in several different ways and handles stairs with a breeze. I highly recommend it!

Wire Rope Puller for AMG 500

The concept works but the use of a cut braided wire w/plastic sheathing needs to be rethought. In less than two uses the original cable broke. The screw pinching the cable and holding it in place simply cut thru the cable. Why not a complete looped cable that comes out of the screw holes instead I've seen them used on baby strollers and other handled carts that can be folded down for travel.
