UK Bassist Jake Galvin has achieved a lot in his 10+ years of playing. Born in Devon and following in the footsteps of his father, he’s been gigging since the age of 14, touring the UK and playing shows in Europe and America. This was before he’d even hit 20-years-old. The majority of this experience came from touring as Bass Player for musician Cosmo Jarvis.
By his 21st birthday he’d featured in Bass Guitar Magazine’s ‘Bass to the Future’ section, and now continues to tour the UK and Europe with a diverse mix of bands and artists. Right now his current roster includes holding down the low-end for funk-electro group Antimatador, US-signed country songwriter Alex Hart, as well as recently playing a number of shows with Otis Redding III (son of the late soul legend).
