I use these to stop vibrations on my headstock behind the nut, closest to the tuners. I play in the studio on occasion and play most often in sound treated, large scale church venues. In both of these situations vibrations behind the nut are actually picked up and audible. I am a bass player

I purchased large FretWraps for my 7 string guitar, but it fits a 6,7,8 and 4,5 string bass, and it fits perfectly. . This product is perfect for dampening unwanted noise and muting strings. It is a necessity for anyone who records guitar or plays on stage. Similar products that I have tried do not begin to compare to FretWraps.
As advertised. Work perfect. I think it's best to go with the 3-pack for value. Much, much better than stretching a schrunchie over the top of your guitar's headstock. The small size is totally perfect for your six-string guitar.

What more can be said about a product than that it works as it was intended to work. FretWraps do dampen strings, and if you already have good muting technique, you will experience absolutely no sympathetic string vibrations.

These are awesome. So much better than using sponges or hair bands etc. Damp the strings in a controllable fashion and mute unwanted noise...
