I have been looking for something to help keep my two handed tapping clean on my 8 string guitar and this works great! Highly recommend this for anyone looking for a little extra help with keeping extended range guitars sounding clean.
I got a small and it's just slightly too small for my 4 string acoustic.
Best product of it's kind I've tried so far. This is best for tapping. Still looking for a product that'll give me that Carol Kaye sound.

I don’t know why I avoided getting FretWraps for the longest time. They are effective in guarding against strings ringing from behind the nut, a problem I had with a couple of my guitars. Problem solved and I cannot be happier.

I play a lot of fast paced metal at 180-260 bpm, I try to not use a noise gate because it kills sustain, but These fret wraps literally ARE a noise gate. They work very well. I used to tie hairbands/bandanas around my guitar to get the effect, but the wraps by gruv gear work better.
