Just bought a 7-string and needed a fretwrap for dampening and for looks of course. I have a metalic blue guitar with black hardware and am accenting it with a white cable, strap, and black knobs with white pearl inlays. When I saw this Bubby Lewis fretwrap I knew it was the one. Ordered it and within 3 days had it in my mailbox. It looks amazing and does its job. I also have a gruvgear wrap on my 6-string bass. It also is very helpful to have a easy to follow size guide. Thank you Gruvgear I'll definitely be ordering again soon.

Exactly what I needed

Note that this fret wrap is for bass. If you want one for guitar go down a size. Overall this fret wrap is exactly what I needed. It dampens the open strings to keep them from ringing out, and it adds to the overall tone of your bass. The installation is a simple Velcro strap.

Great recording gear

Had on my guitar for about 5 years now. When not using it slides up behind the nut, when I'm recording a solo or something throu DI where I want no feedback noise or ringing strings I slide it over the fretboard and it dampens everything that I'm not playing. Works perfectly!
