One of MonoNeon's intentions in his playing as well as composing is to sound like Stockhausen and Albert King. He is also notable for what he calls, the "Ready-Made Bass" (ordinary sock covering the headstock and his pseudonym taped on the body), which is inspired by Marcel Duchamp's readymade art work.
