Domestic (USA) Shipping
Products purchased on this website or directly from our company are shipped from our Southern California warehouse, based on stock availability. Rates are calculated by weight, dimensions, and distance, and include a standard handling fee. Products purchased outside of gruvgear.com and through our authorized dealers may be subject to different shipping calculations.
Shipping rates on our website are based on the contiguous USA states, excluding Alaska, Hawaii, and US Puerto Rico. We will notify you of the best rate quotes if you place an order that needs to ship to these states, or you may contact us ahead for rates before placing your order.
Orders are normally processed and shipped within 1-2 business days. If a product is backordered, we strive to publish the estimated availability date on that product page. Please note these will remain "estimated" dates until a product becomes physically available in our warehouses, and we reserve the right to change and update this information as necessary.
If an item you order is on backorder, you have three options.
- You may receive a full refund for the item
- You may choose to change to a different item
- You may choose to wait until the backordered item arrives. We provide our best estimated ship dates on the product page.
International Shipping - Customs and Duty Fees
When ordering from our website, you are responsible for assuring the product can be lawfully imported to your destination country. Orders shipped outside of the United States may be subject to import taxes, customs duties and fees levied by the destination country. The recipient of an international shipment may be subject to such import taxes, customs duties and fees, which are levied once a shipment reaches the recipient's country. Additional charges for customs clearance must be borne by the recipient; we have no control over these charges and can't predict what they may be. Customs policies vary widely from country to country; you should contact your local customs office for more information. When customs clearance procedures are required, it can cause delays beyond our original delivery estimates. For Hawaii, Alaska and International orders, please inquire for shipping costs before ordering unless a flat shipping cost is specified on the product page.
Sales Tax
We do not charge Sales Tax for purchases except when delivering to a California address.
Refund or Exchange Policy
We have a 30-day refund or exchange policy on all products purchased from our website or directly via an in-store visit or trade show. Any exceptions will otherwise be mentioned on the product detail page. Shipping and handling are not refundable. Items that have been opened from their original packaging or show signs of use are subject to a 15% restocking fee. Freight to and from the warehouse must be prepaid by the customer - No CODs will be accepted. Obtain an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number within 30 days of purchase date to qualify for a refund or exchange by sending a message through our contact form. The address where to send your product will be provided with the RMA number.
NOTE: Refunds sent with no RMA number will be refused and returned to sender.
Liability Limitations
IN NO EVENT SHALL GRUV GEAR'S LIABILITY EXCEED THE PURCHASE PRICE OF THE GOODS PURCHASED, AND IN NO EVENT SHALL GRUV GEAR BE LIABLE FOR CONSEQUENTIAL OR SPECIAL DAMAGES OF ANY KIND WHATSOEVER.
