Announcing a new ergonomic sax harness developed from a proven design by jazz great Bob Sheppard. The "Zero-Neck" Sax Harness takes an understated look on the front, minimally-padded yet well-distributed shoulder straps to lay flat under a suit jacket, and unique suspender-style fasteners to clip onto belt loops or through a belt, giving unparalleled relief to the player’s neck. It also features a custom Gruv Gear slide adjuster, metal hardware, and a brass-plated main hook.

For more than four decades, the multi-instrumentalist has played on countless sessions with an astounding crop of A-list jazz giants—among them Chick Corea, Freddie Hubbard, Michael and Randy Brecker, Mike Stern, Herbie Hancock, Kurt Elling, Dianne Reeves, Lyle Mays, John Beasley and Steps Ahead—and artists within several other genres. He’s also recorded and toured as a leader, contributed to hundreds of movie and TV soundtracks, served as an educator and more.

Overall good design, needs a little tweaking

I bought one to use for bari, and while it is very comfortable, the shoulder strap adjusters are too loose and almost constantly slipping. Meaning that over the course of my gigs, the horn sags lower and lower over time, which can be a huge pain. If you can modify the current design with adjusters that are tighter and don't slip as easily, this would be an amazing neckstrap.
